MARILYN A. MILLER has practiced law for nearly thirty years.  Prior to entering private practice in 1998, Marilyn served for fifteen years as a public defender in Cook County representing hundreds of indigent defendants in felony and capital cases. These individuals were charged with a broad range of serious felonies. She has tried over forty jury trials, several capital cases, and hundreds of bench trials over the years.  She has developed a reputation as an attorney who skillfully, passionately, and aggressively fights for the rights of her clients and gets the best results.       

Ms. Miller is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the West Suburban Bar Association, and the DuPage County Bar Association . She graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1978. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the State of North Carolina. She specializes in criminal defense litigation in the State of Illinois and the U.S District Courts.
