Marilyn A. Miller is an experienced Illinois criminal defense lawyer with over 30 years of experience defending serious felonies and misdemeanors in both state and federal court. In addition, she is an experienced DUI Lawyer.

She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1979.  As a dedicated criminal defense lawyer, Ms. Miller has tried over forty jury trials and hundreds of bench trials, defended capital cases and negotiated reduced penalties for serious offenses.  She is respected and very well regarded not only by the Illinois and federal judges before whom she has appeared, but has the well-earned respect from the prosecutors who have been her opponents in the courtroom.

Ms. Miller is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the West Suburban Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. She specializes in criminal defense litigation in the State of Illinois and the U.S District Courts.
